Career Transitions

The results that I achieved working with Nick have far surpassed my expectations. In addition to reaching my goals, I was able to take what I learned about how to get back into my industry and then assist others who were unemployed. For folks concerned about the monetary investment, I would say, "Find a way to get the help you need. There are many costly mistakes people can unknowingly make. You will save time and money by getting it right the first time. Direction and clarity with regard to your career is a rock solid investment.

Like many others I found a career decision made at 18 years of age is not always the best long-term decision. After a University of Michigan BS in Engineering, followed by 10 years in the Civil Engineering field, I knew my heart had long left my work. However, I was at a loss as to which vocational path to pursue. Through a valued referral to Synko Associates, my journey began to wade through the waters of discovering hidden vocational talents, interests and passions. Largely attributed to the coaching provided by Nick Synko, I decided to pursue a career in Financial Planning. The investment I made working with Nick was highly worthwhile. His advice and facilitation has changed my life and that of my family's for the better.
